Jessica Kahal is a flutist with a tremendous sound, excellent articulation, & the ability to pull off literally every possible style of flute playing in the world with ease. Born wanting to play the flute, Jessica was inclined towards music since she was a little child. Seeing her love for music, her parents made sure that she gets all the support she needs from them to pursue her passion.
During her high school days, Jessica Kahal was extremely popular because of her outstanding flute playing skills. As a part of her high school choir, called “Varsity Voices”, she even got the chance to go on tour to Washington DC, New York City, and Philadelphia. Kahal describes the experience as one of the best of her music career. She was in the Woman’s Jazz Chorus, called “Here Comes Treble,” and performed at the Kennedy Center as part of a special invitation.
The choir sang “I’m Beginning to See the Light” that left the audience awestruck. Besides them, there were many wonderful performances by other groups from different parts of the country. One of them was the Men’s Doo Wop Group which is still pictured singing in front of NBC Studios in New York City.
